Materials:
All materials in our Elite cabinet series will use only solid stock woods of varying species and grades. Please see our Species link for more information on grade and species. All cabinet sides will be made of 1/2" or 3/4" plywood. Our cabinet backs are made from 1/2" plywood, not 1/4" furniture board found in many other custom cabinets. Shelves are made from solid maple not particle board or even plywood. We believe that a cabinet should look as good inside as it does outside.

Wood Selection:
All great cabinets start with the selection of materials. We take great care in selecting quality wood products for stability, color, character and grade. After selection of materials the shaping of materials start.

Shaping:
All pieces are precision machined to exacting standards insuring perfect fit for an exceptional finished product and long life, standing up to even the most demanding use.

Assembly:
It just doesn't matter what kind of materials your using or how you selected them if you take shortcuts in putting them together. Many cabinet companies start with good materials and go down hill from there. All of our box's are painstakingly dadoed and hand fit for an extremely strong natural bond without using screws, staples, are any other mechanical fasteners. By interlocking each panel not only is the construction rock solid the cabinets will automatically be perfectly square and plumb, insuring a better finished installation.

Finish:
Unless otherwise specified all doors and cabinet box's are hand rubbed applied finish followed by three applications of sealant. All pieces will are sanded between applications for a smooth, deep finish.

Installation:
We install all of our cabinets to insure a proper fit and quality installation. Care is taken to level the cabinets, no matter how out of level your floors are, insuring a precision fit with your counter tops.
